Léon the most talked about modern classic?

September 18th, 2006, under , ,

Interestingly enough, my new website that monitors the amount of discussion a movie creates on the Internet, suggests that the most talked about modern classic movie (a film released within the past 15 years) is Luc Besson’s Léon.

I must say that I was somewhat surprised about the result when I first saw it, but after double-checking the system it seems that Léon indeed does deserve that place. Maybe its top position is due to Besson’s at-some-point-to-be-released new movie, as well as the recent talk on the press that Besson would not direct any more films after it.

In any case, MovieSay.com is one of the reasons why I have been so silent lately. The other reason is that I have two theses two finish by mid-October. Wish me luck!
